Our pasta is made by hand, every day. Flour and golden egg yolks are carefully worked together, rolled, shaped and brought to life with patience and precision. No shortcuts, no compromises — just the quiet rhythm of craftsmanship.
We are a small, family-run restaurant from Jyväskylä, driven by a love for honest food made from scratch, good drinks, and a warm armosphere.

We prepare our pasta dough fresh every day using only the finest local ingredients. We’re also always excited to discover and try new products — do you have a standout product you’d like us to test in collaboration?

For us, it is essential to stand behind everything we serve. That’s why we prepare the majority of our products from scratch, in-house. The only exceptions are Italian Siviero Maria Gelato and our gluten-free and vegan pasta, for which we are currently sourcing the very best supplier.

Our wine selection is curated in collaboration with Viinitie. We always feature their recommended wines, carefully paired to complement our dishes.
